2. Placing an order
2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2 Your order is only accepted once payment has been confirmed.
2.4 We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, if you wish to obtain specific details of your order please Contact Us.

3. Delivery
3.1 This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Europe.
3.2 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Letsgettrollied.co.uk shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you.

4. Payment
4.1 We take payment from your card or PayPal account at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
4.2 If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered or reserved, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4.3 All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
5.1 Should you wish to return or exchange a product contact us via email; info@letsgettrollied.co.uk, or phone; +44 (0)20 32894370, with your name, order and contact number explaining the reason you wish to return or exchange the item.
5.2 Refunds or Exchanges must be demanded within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.3 All items are returned at your own risk and cost and must be received in the same condition they were sent (re-sellable condition). We strongly recommend returning the item in the same packaging, recorded delivery. Contact us to discuss possible collection. In the event an item is received in an unsellable condition, no refund will be given.

5.5 Refunds will be given only when the item is received at the warehouse in a re-sellable condition.
5.6 Exchanges will be delivered only after the difference in payment (if any) is received.

6. Cancellations

6.2 If the item has already been shipped then you must return it with the conditions as stated above (See 5. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds).

7. Damages, Faults and Guarantee
7.1 On the rare occasion should you receive the goods damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via email; info@letsgettrollied.co.uk or phone +44 (0)20 32894370 stating your name, order, contact number and providing photographic evidence of damages/faults.
7.2 Letsgettrollied.co.uk will replace the damaged/faulty item at their own cost and discretion, where they see necessary.
7.3 All Items come with a 3 year guarantee. Should you need to use this, please contact us via email; info@letsgettrollied.co.uk or phone +44 (0)20 32894370 providing your name, item, contact number, photographic evidence of damages/faults and proof of purchase from letsgettrollied.co.uk.

8. Liability and Indemnity
8.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
8.2 Letsgettrollied.co.uk does not take responsibility for customer use of any goods sold on letsgettrollied.co.uk.
8.3 Letsgettrollied is not liable for and does not take responsibility for any injuries, deaths or accidents occurred while using any products sold on the letsgettrollied website.
